I started Dinner with the Duffys after I had my girls and returned to work full time. I quickly realized that in order to maximize my quality time and keep our families health on track, I had to meal plan. I am a firm believer in ordering your groceries, while drinking your coffee and watching your kids play, instead of aimlessly wandering up and down the aisles, on your only days off or worse, every day after work.  Instead, I gladly spend 30 minutes, once a week, in my pjs, with my family in the room, and have someone else do the shopping for me. It’s a no brainer, y’all. I believe dinner should be the meal everyone in the family looks forward to. This doesn’t mean it has to be complicated and unhealthy and I plan to show you how simple it can be to get flavorful, healthy-ish meals on the table in 30 minutes or less.
