Sesame Green Beans

Simple spin on traditional green beans!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Heat a pan over medium heat. Add olive and sesame oil. When hot, add the trimmed green beans. Cook until beans are bright green and lightly browned, in spots. Bring the cooking temperature down to low, cover pan, and cook beans until desired doneness. I cook mine for about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and sesame seeds!
