Spicy Tuna Salad

Ready in about ten minutes, this healthy dinner or lunch option is a must!

Ingredients

  • 2 5oz cans tuna fish
  • 1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp grainy mustard I love Maille Old Style
  • 1/2 lemon
  • chives chopped to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • sriracha to drizzle

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and drizzle with Sriracha. I like to serve mine over arugula, with a little avocado. Patrick - on toasted sourdough.
