Three Cheese Tortellini with Sausage

Store bought tortellini with ground sausage over a creamy Parmigiano Reggiano - the perfect dump and serve meal for your family! Add some asparagus if your crew will tolerate - just toss in to boil with the pasta for a few minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 20oz Container of Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini
  • 1 lb mild Italian sausage
  • 1 jar (16.25 oz.) Mezzetta Parmigiano Reggiano Marinara
  • salt, pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook and crumble the sausage over medium heat. Turn heat to low.
  • Meanwhile, cook tortellini via package instructions. Drain.
  • Add cooked tortellini to sausage, dump in marinara sauce and season to taste. Simmer until sauce is warm and flavors meld, about five minutes. Enjoy!
