Three Cheese Tortellini with Sausage
Store bought tortellini with ground sausage over a creamy Parmigiano Reggiano - the perfect dump and serve meal for your family! Add some asparagus if your crew will tolerate - just toss in to boil with the pasta for a few minutes!
- 1 20oz Container of Buitoni Three Cheese Tortellini
- 1 lb mild Italian sausage
- 1 jar (16.25 oz.) Mezzetta Parmigiano Reggiano Marinara
- salt, pepper to taste
Cook and crumble the sausage over medium heat. Turn heat to low.
Meanwhile, cook tortellini via package instructions. Drain.
Add cooked tortellini to sausage, dump in marinara sauce and season to taste. Simmer until sauce is warm and flavors meld, about five minutes. Enjoy!
