Sea To Table Dijon & Dill Salmon Recipe

This simple salmon recipe is perfect for a weeknight meal but has enough depth of flavor and presentation to WOW your dinner guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh salmon
  • 1/4 cup good dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Pat the salmon dry. Lightly season with salt & pepper. Spread the dijon mustard over each piece of salmon. I coat well.
  • In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, fresh lemon juice, olive oil and minced garlic cloves. Top each piece of salmon with the herb mixture.
  • Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until salmon is perfectly pink and flaky.
