Sea To Table Dijon & Dill Salmon Recipe
This simple salmon recipe is perfect for a weeknight meal but has enough depth of flavor and presentation to WOW your dinner guests.

- 1 lb fresh salmon
- 1/4 cup good dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
Pre-heat the oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
Pat the salmon dry. Lightly season with salt & pepper. Spread the dijon mustard over each piece of salmon. I coat well.
In a small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, dill, fresh lemon juice, olive oil and minced garlic cloves. Top each piece of salmon with the herb mixture.
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes or until salmon is perfectly pink and flaky.
