Parmesan Crusted Baked Chicken Tenders

Serve these crunchy baked tenders with a yummy dipping sauce for the kids and over a
chopped salad for the adults. Double the recipe and freeze for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 2/3 cup freshly grated parmesan

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Melt butter, place in a shallow dish and set aside. In a separate shallow dish, mix
    together flour, salt and pepper.
  • To a third dish add panko, garlic powder, paprika and parmesan cheese
  • Dip chicken tenders in the flour mixture first, then the melted butter and finally the panko
    mixture, evenly coating each piece. Place on a sheet pan sprayed with cooking spray.
    Repeat until all chicken is coated.
  • Cook for 15 minutes then flip and bake for another 6 minutes until golden brown and
    internal temperature reaches 165.
