Last week I was craving a spin on my regular grilled chicken salad so I added a few pantry staples to spice it up! Working from home does have it’s advantages when it comes to lunch – there’s a little extra time to toss in ingredients we wouldn’t normally have the extra time to “cook” like sautéed asparagus, cooked pasta and jarred artichokes. Kitchen Sink Pasta Salad
Pantry staples kick this regular grilled chicken salad up a notch!

Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked chicken breast
- 1/2 lb medium shell pasta, cooked & drained
- romaine lettuce
- 1 jar artichoke hearts, chopped
- fresh mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1 bunch asparagus, cooked
- cherub tomatoes, halved
- balsamic to drizzle
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Drizzle with balsamic. Enjoy!
