Sunday, March 7th | Sheet Pan Sausage Gnocchi | Total Time: 35 minutes | I had gnocchi at The Royal Tern this past weekend and now I can’t get it off the brain. This is one of my all time favorite recipes and a DWTD community favorite too!
Monday, March 8th | Garlic Butter Sausages with Broccoli | Total Time: 30 minutes | A one pan option perfect for a busy weeknight. Feel free to leave out the red chili flakes and hot sauce if you are worried about the spice. Don’t like broccoli? Any veggie will do. Try zucchini, squash or green beans!
Tuesday, March 9th | Instant Pot Pork Chops in Creamy Mushroom Sauce | Total Time: 20 minutes | 10 minutes of cook time and you have the juiciest pork chops covered in a perfectly creamy sauce. Serve over potatoes, rice or cauliflower rice for a low carb option.
Wednesday, March 10th | Oven Baked Chicken Bites | Total Time: 25 minutes | Recipes like this one are why I meal plan. Super easy and appealing to all. Meal Prep: Double to put over salads for a healthy lunch or to serve to the kids during the week. Serve with a side salad and your favorite starch.
Thursday, March 11th | Healthy Zucchini Tomato Sausage Italian Soup | Total Time: 35 minutes | Sometimes you just need a healthy bowl of soup and this one will not disappoint. I doubt Regan will eat this which is why I’ll be doubling the oven baked chicken bites from the night before.
Friday, March 12th | Chicken Parm Burgers | Total Time: 30 minutes | Jarred marinara sauce, ground chicken and some spices come together quickly to make these jam up burgers. A great way to end the week. Low Carb Tip – sub almond flour for breadcrumbs.
