Spicy Tuna Salad
Ready in about ten minutes, this healthy dinner or lunch option is a must!

Ingredients
- 2 5oz cans tuna fish
- 1/4 cup non fat plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp grainy mustard I love Maille Old Style
- 1/2 lemon
- chives chopped to taste
- salt & pepper to taste
- sriracha to drizzle
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and drizzle with Sriracha. I like to serve mine over arugula, with a little avocado. Patrick – on toasted sourdough.
